Led by project manager, Arlene Hayes, we bring over a decade of experience in large-scale commercial and residential construction management plus professional training in architecture and design to your build.

Design-phase management
Transform your vision into a well-structured plan. We work with you to create a design brief that clearly communicates the expectations and requirements for your project. We also coordinate with designers and engineers, visit possible sites, review drawings for feasibility and help ensure your final design aligns with your needs and your budget.
Pre-construction management
Before construction begins, we set the foundation for success. From connecting you to the right professionals, vetting and short-listing contractors, reviewing and refining budgets and contracts, we ensure everything is in place for an efficient and well-managed build.
Construction-phase management
Stay in control throughout the construction process. We oversee site progress, perform periodic quality inspections, communicate with contractors or service providers to address deficiencies or manage changes, review and approve interim payment requests, provide 24/7 site surveillance for the entire project team and provide you with regular updates, helping to avoid delays, miscommunication and unexpected costs.
